The following terms carry the meanings assigned to them throughout this document and all supplementary policies published by 363zk:

Access to and use of the 363zk platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You represent and warrant that you meet all of these conditions at the time of registration and on each occasion you access the platform thereafter:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. 363zk strictly prohibits access by individuals under the age of 21. 363zk reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where the age requirement cannot be conclusively verified.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise legally permitted under the laws applicable to you to access and use online gaming and sportsbook services.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Individuals who are legally incapacitated or acting under legal guardianship are prohibited from registering an account.
• Single Account: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active 363zk account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same person — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a voluntary or platform-imposed self-exclusion order at the time of registration or at any subsequent point of access.
• Not an Employee: Employees, contractors, directors, and immediate family members of 363zk and its affiliated operating entities are not eligible to hold a Member account or participate in any wagering activity on the platform.

To access the full suite of 363zk products and services, you must complete the registration process and have your account approved. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account maintenance:

• Accurate Information: You are required to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, and a valid contact email address. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Account Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 363zk username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials will be treated as activity carried out by you personally.
• KYC Verification: 363zk may, at any time and without prior notice, require you to submit identity verification documents as part of its KYC process. Required documents typically include a government-issued national identity card (KTP), a selfie photograph, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by 363zk may result in the temporary restriction of deposits, withdrawals, or both.
• Account Security: You must notify 363zk support immediately if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or that unauthorized access to your account has occurred. 363zk will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized access that results from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Account Transfers: Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, gift, or otherwise transfer your 363zk account or any balance held within it to any other person or entity under any circumstances.

All financial transactions on 363zk are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). 363zk does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, individual banks and e-wallet providers may apply their own fees, for which 363zk accepts no responsibility.

The following payment channels are currently supported on the 363zk platform:

The following additional conditions apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Source of Funds: All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will trigger an immediate account review.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account that has been verified as belonging to the Member under the same legal name as the registered 363zk account. 363zk reserves the right to perform additional identity checks before approving any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal Processing: Standard withdrawal requests are processed within five minutes during WIB business hours (09:00–22:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed at the opening of the next available processing window. Large withdrawals above Rp 50.000.000 may be subject to an extended review period of up to 24 hours.
• Pending Wagers: Withdrawals cannot be processed while funds are committed to active, unsettled wagers. The withdrawal amount will be limited to the portion of the account balance not currently staked.
• Deposit Limits: Members may apply voluntary deposit limits to their account at any time via the responsible gaming tools section. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory 48-hour review period before activation.

363zk offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any additional conditions specified in the relevant promotion's individual terms page. In the event of a conflict, promotion-specific terms take precedence over these general terms for that promotion only.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to verified Members in good standing only. 363zk reserves the right to exclude any Member from a specific promotion at its sole discretion, including where abuse of bonus terms is suspected.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds awarded by 363zk carry a minimum wagering requirement that must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion's terms page. Where no specific wagering requirement is stated, a default requirement of 10x the bonus amount applies.
• One Bonus at a Time: Members may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless expressly stated in the relevant promotion terms. Requesting a new bonus while an existing bonus is active will result in the forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live casino wagers typically contribute 10% toward wagering requirements; sports wagers on single-match markets with odds of at least 1.50 contribute 100%; accumulator wagers including mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets contribute 100% where all legs meet the minimum odds requirement. Slot game wagers contribute 100% unless otherwise stated.
• Expiry: Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period stated on the relevant promotion will be forfeited without compensation. The standard bonus validity period is 7 calendar days from the date of award unless otherwise specified.
• Abuse and Fraud: Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including through coordinated betting with other accounts, low-risk hedging strategies designed solely to extract bonus value, or the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds, all associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

The following general rules apply to all wagering activity on the 363zk platform. Product-specific rules (sportsbook, live casino, slots, Domino QQ, Virtual Sports) are published in their respective rule sets accessible from each product section of the platform.

• Finality of Wagers: Once a wager has been confirmed and accepted by the 363zk system, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Member. It is the Member's sole responsibility to verify all wager details before confirming placement.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all wagering products and vary by market, game type, and account tier. Current limits are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• Odds and Prices: All odds displayed on the 363zk sportsbook are subject to change until a wager is confirmed. 363zk reserves the right to adjust odds at any time prior to wager confirmation to reflect market movements. Once accepted, the odds stated on the confirmed bet slip are binding.
• Void Bets: 363zk reserves the right to void any wager where a manifest pricing error has occurred, where the integrity of the relevant event is in doubt, or where the wager was placed after the relevant event had already commenced (in-play markets excluded). Voided wagers are refunded in full to the Member's account balance.
• Suspicious Activity: 363zk employs automated and manual monitoring to detect suspicious wagering patterns, including match-fixing participation, arbitrage exploitation at scale, and use of automated betting scripts. Any wager associated with suspected suspicious activity may be voided, and the associated account suspended pending investigation.
• Mix parlay (Accumulators): Mix parlay bets require all selected legs to win for the bet to be settled as a winner. If any single leg is voided, the bet is recalculated as an accumulator with the remaining legs. If one leg loses, the entire accumulator is settled as a loss.

363zk is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The platform offers the following responsible gaming tools to all Members at no charge, accessible directly from the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps may be set by the Member at any time. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a mandatory 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly net loss thresholds may be configured. Once a limit is reached, further wager placement is restricted for the remainder of the limit period.
• Session Time Reminders: Members may configure automatic alerts after a defined period of continuous platform use.
• Temporary Self-Exclusion: Members may request exclusion periods of 7, 30, or 90 days. During a self-exclusion period, the account is locked and no deposits, wagers, or login activity is permitted.
• Permanent Account Closure: Members who wish to close their account permanently on responsible gaming grounds may submit a request to 363zk support. Permanent closures are irreversible and are processed within 24 hours of the verified request.

363zk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions or any supplementary policy published by 363zk.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point, including during the KYC process.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected participation in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to the use of stolen payment methods, identity fraud, or coordinated bonus abuse.
• Discovery that the Member is under 21 years of age.
• Discovery that the Member is subject to a self-exclusion order on 363zk or any affiliated platform.
• Discovery that the Member is an employee, contractor, or family member of 363zk or its operating entities.
• Chargebacks initiated by the Member against 363zk through their bank or payment provider.

Upon account closure for cause, 363zk reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where closure results from confirmed fraud or deliberate breach of these Terms, all balances — including both deposited funds and winnings — may be permanently forfeited. Where closure is initiated voluntarily by the Member in good standing, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Member's verified payment method within 5 business days.

All content on the 363zk platform — including but not limited to the 363zk brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, odds data, and compiled databases — is the exclusive intellectual property of 363zk or its duly licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 363zk platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit:

• Reproduction, redistribution, or republication of any 363zk content without prior written consent.
• Use of automated tools, bots, scrapers, or crawlers to access, extract, or replicate any data from the 363zk platform.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any component of the 363zk platform software.
• Use of the 363zk brand name or logo in any commercial context without express written authorisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 363zk's total liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member into their 363zk account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

363zk shall not be liable for any of the following losses, whether direct or indirect, regardless of whether they were foreseeable or whether 363zk had been advised of their possibility:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or business information.
• Platform downtime or interruption of service arising from scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond 363zk's reasonable control, including telecommunications outages, force majeure events, or acts of government.
• Losses arising from the Member's own negligence, including failure to maintain account security or failure to verify wager details before confirmation.
• Losses arising from the Member's reliance on inaccurate third-party data, statistics, or tipster information not provided directly by 363zk.

363zk collects, processes, and stores Member personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account on 363zk, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices include:

• All Member data is stored on secured servers protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.
• 363zk does not sell, rent, or share Member personal data with unaffiliated third parties except where required by law or necessary to process payments through authorised Indonesian banking partners (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) and e-wallet providers (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay).
• Members may request a copy of their personal data or request its deletion by contacting 363zk support, subject to any legal retention obligations.
• Cookies are used on the 363zk platform to maintain session integrity and improve platform performance. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of cookie usage as described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms & Conditions and all matters arising from your use of the 363zk platform shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial contract law. Any dispute between a Member and 363zk shall first be subject to a good-faith resolution process initiated through the 363zk support team.

363zk operates as an internationally licensed gaming platform. Members acknowledge that the legal status of online gaming varies by jurisdiction and that it is their sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using 363zk is lawful under the laws applicable to them in their country or territory of residence. 363zk makes no representation that its services are appropriate or available for use in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited.

Should any provision of these Terms & Conditions be found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

363zk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect Member rights or obligations — 363zk will provide reasonable advance notice by publishing the updated terms on this page and, where practicable, by notifying Members via their registered email address.

Your continued use of the 363zk platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 8 above.

The date on which these Terms & Conditions were last updated is displayed at the top of this page. Members are encouraged to review this document periodically to remain informed of any changes.
